La Croix Hélléan
This little village has kept elements of old furniture in its parish church, which were built in the 15th century. (tomb of the Lords of Broutay from the 16th century, stained-glass windows, altarpieces, pietas from the 16th century)
One kilometre away, the chapel of Saint-Maudé erected in 1431 by Alain XI, with the help of the Duke of Jean V and the donations of the Broutay-Quelen family, was built where three knights were buried after the Battle of Thirty (1351). It is equipped with contemporary stained-glass windows made by Olivier Debré.
The walking tour of Saint-Maudé (le circuit pédestre de Saint-Maudé) will be an opportunity for you to go and discover the surrounding countryside.
